Refund policy

I want you to love your item as much as I have loved creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email me at suzanne@detraydesigns.com. Returns are permitted within 14 days of receiving your order. All jewelry must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Returns that meet our policy will be refunded the purchase price. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If you don't love your piece and would like to exchange it for another piece, please email me at suzanne@detraydesigns.com. I will issue you a return label and when I receive confirmation that the package has shipped, I will issue you a purchase credit plus a shipping credit on DeTray Designs in order for you to place a new order. 

Though I inspect each piece of jewelry before I ship, I realize that items can be jostled during transit. If your piece arrives damaged, please let me know within 10 days of receiving your order. I will replace or repair all items and pay for the shipping.

For international purchases, shipping costs for returns, refunds, or damages are to be paid by the customer.
